I retained Chris to perform a complete home inspection at two separate homes in the Fruita, Colorado, area which I have under contract as replacement real property investments. He did both on the inspections on the same day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. He met personally with me after each inspection and thoroughly went over his conclusions and findings. Chris came highly recommended by a close friend and my realtor. The words they used is "this is the guy that you want doing your home inspection on a purchase, but you don't want to be the seller". My dad attended the inspection, as I wanted a second set of ears and eyes. Even he was impressed with Chris.
