Ben conducted an inspection on a home that we are purchasing in Grand Junction. We are moving from California. As such, there are a number of home components that exist in homes in Grand Junction that do not exist in California. Ben discovered a number of issues with the house that we would have not known about. He was not influenced in his observations and report by the real estate agent. He represented us. He is personable and professional and would. I would not hesitate in recommending him for home inspection needs.

Yes, buying a home can be stressful but Ben helps ease some of the unknown stressors! Without his help, we would not have identified the home we were purchasing had nearly 3 times the "safe level" of radioactive radon gas in the home. Along with identifying the high radon gas levels, he was extremely thorough in his inspection and report! I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a knowledgable & professional home inspector. 10/10 would work with him again!

As many have said prior to me Ben was really easy to get hold of an extremely flexible. When I needed an inspection done we set a day then gave him the information he needed as well as the realtor we are using. They coordinated everything behind the scenes and all I needed to do is show up and review the inspection with him in person. Later the same day his inspection report was sent out which is very easy to read and thorough. I will be using him again for any future inspection needs.
