Went to a property for a showing and wasted 15 minutes trying to work a lockbox that was inoperable. Also, no one was there to meet me and no one was available by telephone to assist, other than to email me additional information. This is an extremely unsafe system. The showing states the home for rent was in Old Southwest - it was not, and I was yelled at by a strange woman the entire time I was there. I went directly to the agency to report my experience, and the man I spoke to was unapologetic and ambivalent.

The Grandin Agency is managing my property and giving me great peace of mind. Work has taken me out of state for an indefinite period of time and I am confident my house is monitored and cared for properly.
