I did indeed get a "cash offer" on my home. They offered under what I paid for the house 10 years ago. Extremely low ball offer considering we had discussed some things ahead of time. I wasted my own time and my renter's time over a comically low offer. These people are for folks who are desperate to sell fast.

Started sending unwanted "postcards" to my home and texting my family. Have called multiple times over a year and a half asking for them to stop and they never do. I had never heard of this company or requested their services prior to this harassment.
