Paid $150 in application fees to be notified about a property within 5-7 days . Only to not hear from him or his staff . Had to repeatedly call and finally be told he had selected another candidate which is fine but why waste ppl time and money when you knew you had already rented the property. Would not recommend at all . Poor communication and customer Service.

As much as I dislike leaving negative reviews, I feel it appropriate to voice my recent experience. I recently was hunting for a rental property and found one managed by Jeff. I contacted him regarding a viewing and he graciously found time to give me a tour of the property on a non-open house day. After the viewing, I sent in my application for the rental several days later and subsequently received a phone call from Jeff saying he was offering the rental to me. I told him that I was considering other options and would contact him soon was I had made a decision. I attempted to call him the next

My father owns this company and I am very proud of him! He will help anyone with buying,selling or in any aspects of your real estate needs.
