I moved here October 2020. I love the place. Most people keep to themselves, like I do. Contrary to what one person posted, it is quite. I have heard one disturbance since I've been there. My apartment patio faces out toward the pool and common area. The children play out there and I enjoy hearing them play!!!! I know a lot of children from the school where I use to work. I would recommend this complex to anyone. In fact I did to one of my friends but there are none available. One down thing is the playground. I have my grandchildren on the weekends some and the playground could be improved like

First of all let me just say CODY IS AMAZING!! He is our property mngr and I hope he stays with us for a very long time. He is always ON IT! He is firm, fair and consistent! I have not lived in an apartment in many years so I was not too happy that I had to make this choice to move into one last year. I have been here for 9 months and will def be signing for another year. Our neighbors keep to themselves for the most part and we have not had one bit of trouble from anyone. We did move in with a newborn and the younger neighbors above us were a bit loud but I spoke to them on a few occasions and

I have been out here for 3 years the first couple years were very good this last year has been terrible we cannot keep a landlord maintenance do not come do their job they never answer the phone the parking sucks there's never a place to park. Some pet owners do not clean up after their pets. I use to love living here now I dread coming home from work everyday

Why do kids have to play at the park my child was beaten there and I was unaware until kids told me about this and another thing I love this place except for the fact that we keep having different management and most of the managers are not 'kid friendly' the only manager that I like is Amy my child likes her too my advice keep Amy add something that kids can enjoy and be observed like a basketball court out in the field right beside the pool that would be nice.
