Michelle is rude & has a serious attitude, I'm the most friendly understanding person you can ever meet & I have never came into contact with someone like her, but she has been there for years & the management company doesn't care, I have called them several times when I stayed there to complain about her, I wouldn't recommend this place at all, the price is great but it's not worth staying there to put up with her, I hope someone gets the ball & sues the hell out of this company

I have been trying to reach someone for over 3 weeks now. I have called 15 times and left 2 voicemails so far. I have paid application fee and I still haven't received any updates on my status. If anyone knows how to reach them, please let me know.

Management is ABSOLUTELY the WORST!
She is NEVER in the office or available during business hours. If she is in, she NEVER answers the phone or comes to the door! I think she spends more time riding through the neighborhood or on her personal time rather than doing her job! I've called from outside the office, with her car in the driveway, heard the phone ringing and she didn't answer! Poor work ethic and a negative/ rude/ attitude is what you have to look forward to. Now if they need some paperwork from you, she will hunt you down. But don't miss the call

This place is ridiculous, I filled out an application Jan of 2019, paid the application fee and waited and waited. I tried calling several times along with emails. I never got a response until almost 2 years later I received an email asking me if I would be renewing my lease. What??!! How am I supposed to renew a lease for a place I never even moved into? I was never even contacted about being approved or denied. This place is a complete joke. Maybe they should look into getting a better management team.

I have heard multiple complaints about this housing area. These are houses managed by an overall property corporation. The house we looked at was so moldy that you could SMELL it. A friend moved out because the manager woman was so crooked, she forged paperwork so that it would be legal for them to move in. The manager, lets call her "M", is a vindictive, nosey, cruel shiester. I spoke to several people about the place, all current or former tenants, and all of them warned me away from the place, vehemently! The horror stories they each told were awful. The previous reviews are 100% accurate. We found the listing on one of the find a rental sites. We did further research on timber creeks website, became very interested. Saw NOTHING about income restrictions, submitted the $30 application fee, received a email later that day saying it was approved. I began calling the very next day, no answer. The next day came and went with messages left, more phone calls placed, and still no response. Fast forward to later in the week. I sent my husband in person to check on the situation while I was at work on Wednesday, he was told by maintenance that the manager

Let me tell you about Ms. Michelle....she was MY ANGEL. To know her is to love her. She made me feel so at home just by being in her office. She kept me informed on any questions I had and made my transition less stressful! My kids and I love our knew home. It's very quite and here I have a peace of mind. So, to whomever is responsible for hiring Ms. Michelle, you did a great job👍! Her customer service was excellent. We need more of her in the world! IJS
