Do NOT rent here! They don't fix anything, the manager is extremely rude and blames Tennants for issues. The manager's son works here for maintenance and does more damage than he fixes things. These places are being ran into the ground. I was a property manager for 12 years and I have never seen such a poor quality neighborhood. It's sad.

Providence pointe apartments were the only place that contacted us back when we were being forced to move out of our last place. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding and were extremely nice. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we’ve lived her for almost 3 months and we haven’t been able to get anyone out here to see what’s wrong with the burner that’s out on our stove. I’ve called a few times about it but other than that I haven’t had any issues. We love it here.

The management here at Providence Pointe Apartments can only be described by using words such as pure excellence. I went in to check on renting an apartment there and not only are they very polite but they are very thorough. They made you feel welcome just like I was at home. You can best believe when I'm ready to rent an apartment I won't be going anywhere else but Providence Pointe. The only reason I gave them a 5 Star is because it is the highest rating on Google. They deserve an even higher rating.

As a first time renter, Providence Pointe was definitely one of the best choices. Rent is at a great price point and the process for payment is super easy. Management is kind and helpful. Although I wish there were more parking spots (as it can be hard to find a spot sometimes if you arrive later in the evening), Providence Pointe is a quiet, great place to live.

Ive lived here for a year and had a wonderful experience. The management is always attentive to my needs and they are wonderful people. They've done awesome things to help during quarantine as well! The property is clean and the people are nice. And no crazy stuff happens either. Its a really calm place. They have a playground for children too! Overall i have loved living here.
