He wasn't pushy, super friendly, and treated me completely different than the last 4 places we went to and I thought I'd let people know that look at these sites that this is the Guy to ask for if you are looking for a vehicle. Gary Garcia was the absolute BEST salesman I have ever dealt with in all of my car shopping experiences! I’ve gone to several dealerships in the Jacksonville area the last couple years. They literally all told me no almost right off the bat. Shotgunning my credit! My car was to totaled and I needed a car ASAP. Found my perfect car online at Tillman. It was priced at approx. 11.8k. I went through a divorce and my credit score is poor as a result, and so my mother who has a very high credit score and excellent credit history for over 50 years was co-signing. We have done this before in the past and with me on the application, it does increase the interest rate from what it would be if just her on

My husband found a 2010 Mercedes E350 online and he then, spoke to Jimbo H. We went in to see it and got to drive it without his accompanying us and we did a lengthy, good test drive. We loved the car. We now OWN the car! Jimbo was a great salesman and went all out to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We highly recommend this professional, affable gentleman who delivered the car to us in Neptune Beach. We were not able to take it ourselves day of purchase, so it got delivered. Now, that is GREAT customer service!

Warning- Do not use this dealership. We dealt with Jon Cook who had us apply for a car that they had already sold. Customer Service was the WORST told us they sent information to the bank and were waiting on feedback, they never submitted to the bank but the dealership still pulled my credit despite knowing they were in middle of closing with somewhere else on the car. Kept leading us on saying we were in the process of buying car despite knowing they were doing nothing as car was already sold. 24 hrs later we find out pulled credit for no reason, wasted our time and a hit on credit. I went to several dealerships before going to Tillmans and then went online to read reviews on google and found that Tillmans reviews were the best.
I purchased a Chevy trailblazer and it was the smoothest transaction ever.
No typical salesman pressure...my salesman is Nick....he was even willing to take me home to drop off my moms car so I could drive my new vehicle home.

A diamond in the rough !! It is a used car dealership - not a brand new. My husband and I drove from savannah to see one of the steal deals they offered ....You pull in and may think it's nothing special but they have a great assortment to look at old and newer . My rating is not based on appearance or what cars I wasn't interested in - I went to look at a car they had and was greeted by nick . The car I went to see was newly listed and they agreed it was posted too soon and needed more work done to it that they wanted to do . With questions arising , Steve (the owner) came out and dropped
