Home inspections are a very important part of the home buying process. The typical home inspection 2-3000 Sq. Ft. lasts 3-4 hours. Code of ethics for Home Inspectors do not require the inspector to examine the interior flue or any vent connections. As with any type of inspection, thermal imaging can't predict future conditions. However, a roof that is experiencing moisture intrusion which has been detected through thermal imaging will very likely lead to serious structural issues, if left unaddressed.
Another very important and often overlooked part of a Home Inspection is the sewer scope. The homeowner is responsible for the main sewer line from the home to the city connection at the street. We had our roof replaced this year due to hail damage and have been having trouble with the company that we hired to replace it regarding some quality issues. We called around to about 2 dozen different companies trying to pay for a roof inspection so that we could document the issues to help us resolve our problems, but with no luck. Finally I found All-in One-Home Inspecting online. I called and Mike immediately said that he would do the inspection for us and he was able to come out and do it within a very short amount of time and for a reasonable price. Super nice guy. Mike was very professional to work with. We are first time home buyers so we didn't know what to expect exactly. I figured that a home inspector would be detailed but Mike absolutely blew us away with the details! Mike takes good Photos, points everything out, and is very knowledgeable. Not to mention the fact he did our home inspection during this last blizzard we had. Buying a home can be a nerve-wracking and frustrating process, but if you're looking for piece of mind, I'd recommend you work with Mike.

Mike, with All in One Home Inspecting, came recommended to us by our realtor. We’re first time home buyers, so we were thankful to be directed towards a thorough home inspector. Mike made our home inspection process easy, and he gave us peace of mind by being detail oriented and communiciative. Mike got back to us right away via phone to schedule our home inspection, and he completely worked around our schedule. Mike was really great to work with! I was a bit nervous about who to have do our inspection as this is my first home. I am so glad we decided to use his services! He was very thorough in his inspection, very polite and easy to talk to! He showed us around the house for everything that he looked for and gave us an excellent inspection report which details and pictures that outlined any concerns with clear comments. As a bonus, he even includes one fireplace inspection in the cost! We were very pleased! I highly recommend using All-in-one home inspection for your inspection needs!
