LEAF Building Services follows the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). This guarantees all inspections are performed to a consistent scope, outlined here.
Condo and Townhome Inspections are similar to Home Inspections, except they usually don't include portions of the property that the Homeowners Association (HOA) is responsible for (usually amenities at the exterior of the unit, and amenities shared with other residents within the complex).Prior to listing your home for sale, some parts of the Twin Cities metro require a Truth in Sale of Housing, or Point-of-Sale Inspection.

My real estate agent recommended Adam from Leaf Building Services. He was professional and very polite. He arrived in a pair of workers coveralls, so I was hopeful it would mean he would be thorough. I could not have asked for a better home inspection. He was incredibly detailed in his inspection, and provided corresponding photos to back up any recommendations he found. He covered EVERY inch of the house, including the roof and attic space, where he discovered possible damage no one else would have seen. The gentleman is extremely thorough. The final inspection report we received for one home were very detailed, saving us from a massive burden of deferred maintenance I'd never have thought to address.
He's also very responsive to follow-up questions about things on the report. He's punctual, efficient, and professional.
