Fulbright Neuropsychology is a private neuropsychology clinic specialized in evaluating and rehabilitating those with brain impairment of a wide variety. We provide neuropsychological evaluation, cognitive rehabilitation therapy, and adjustment counseling (therapy aimed at easing adjustment to brain impairment) for patients with a spectrum of conditions.
At Fulbright Neuropsychology, we strive to ensure that our patients have a positive and supportive experience while going through the evaluation process. A neuropsychological evaluation is a collaborative interaction between the evaluator and the evaluee, not an impersonal process in which the client is simply a "test subject" being examined.
We promise when you come to Fulbright Neuropsychology you won't find any lab coats, wires, or electrodes, just a friendly team of licensed professionals who want to help. Dr. Fulbright or Dr. Rosvall will take a detailed history of the problem that brought you to us, its course over time, and how it's affecting you now.
We specialize in the rehabilitation of mild and moderate brain injury. This problem is often overlooked or misdiagnosed because the patient often has no overt physical symptoms of injury. Our rehabilitation clinic typically provides individual treatment sessions of 2-3 hours duration at a frequency of 2-3 sessions per week.
Individuals who have suffered a brain injury usually experience some difficulty emotionally adjusting to the changes imposed upon them by their brain injury. Family members often have difficulty understanding and adapting to changes in the brain-injured individual's behavior and abilities. Patients typically feel misunderstood and frustrated by others' misconceptions of their difficulties.
