I want to thank you and the entire staff at Brentwood for the fine care given to my wife. I feel that the care shown to her was and is the important ingredient to her improved recovery. She is getting around on her feet more confidently now. The wound care given was professional and commended by hospital staff at Baylor.

I have been so impressed with your staff, my brother was admitted to your care because of several problems that will not let him live without assistance. I have heard many horror stories about nursing homes but I find that not to be true with your organization. In fact, we the family find your staff members to be kind, considerate, ready to listen, and very professional.

Horrible horrible place my aunt burst her head wide open trying to go to restroom alone and she has never been the same since. Awful place my grandmother was so sad she thought she would have to bury a child is the worst thing you can imagine.

Under recent management change. An Administrator that actually cares. He will listen to your concerns. I've been impressed by the hard working staff. Give them a shot if you are looking for a facility for a loved one in this area.

Brentwood Place One is a great facility, I highly recommend. They have very loving and caring staff. Building is very clean and they serve 3 hot quality meals along with snacks daily. You wont be disappointed.

Wonderful Transportation group from top to bottom, The staff is full of character and charisma I adore their creative nature and nuturing mentality, also a lot fantastic individuals make up the core of Brentwood and I am quite pleased with how they go about their day to day operations

Everyone at this facility was fantastic!!! Staff is friendly and helpful. My mother in law was very well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!!!

I'M a resident at Brentwood Bldg 2, it's a decent bldg, most of the worker thru the weekdays are very sweet people, I'm ONLY here because I was hit by a car!!!
But it's a decent facility, it's not completely perfect but decent???????

My Sister was placed in building 3 due to having covid transferred from the hospital to this place. I am so disappointed in this rehab facility due to No one answers the phone then when you do get someone to answer they take your number but NEVER CALL YOU BACK OR TAKE THE PHONE TO THE COVID HALL SO MY SISTER CAN CALL me back I have not spoken to my Sister in two days!!! It makes you wonder what's really going on due to No ONE EVER ANWERS THE PHONE I HAVEE BERN TRYING TO CALL FOR OVER AN HOUR TODAY !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE

This is the absolute worst nursing home, ever!
They never answer the phone, they are rude as hell & do not care how you feel. I legit called 12 times & nobody answered. When someone FINALLY did answer they hung up on me. I would never refer this place to anybody!

I only see complaints from others on this place but thats normally all you see on nursing home reviews. People who are satisfied u fortunately dont write reviews normally unless asked. As a professional who sends clients to this place regularly, i recommend this place for their ability to take care of their patients with high patience and non biased. They are quick to fix any concerns. The staff seems very versed with dementia patients, and they are always striving to make every patient feel at home. I will continue to recommend as I know other places with higher google ratings who certainly cant
