Not only were (Oasis Caregivers) Fahad and Victoria knowledgeable, professional and caring - I enjoyed talking with both of them on a variety of topics. I looked forward to their visits. I was very pleased with the care I received. The Caregivers at Oasis are always on the go.

Worst customer service. First aide was stealing. Agency lets waiver's lapse without notice then wont cover your family member even with authorization code and no one seems to know what patients are approved for. They dont communicate. Only use if you enjoy calling 4-6 times a day without return phone calls!! Financial lady is so rude! Mohammed has no clue what he is doing and is suppose to be the manager! Oh and they bill insurance for 50 hours when your only receiving 40! FRAUD!
