Due to the weather, we have decided to Open our offices at 9:30am tomorrow and Close at 3:00pm on (02/19/21). For all non-urgent. Due to the impending weather, we have decided to close our offices to keep our patients and staff are safe. We are seeing patients that.

The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. He seems to really care. But the office staff does not seem to know how to deal with prescriptions by mail order. And when I persistently followed up with them they got annoyed with me and blamed it on the pharmacy even though I knew they never got a request. It’s more been 3 months since the medicine.

Doctors at this location are knowledgeable and friendly. These doctors are professional and pleasant to work with.
That said, I have had several extremely unpleasant and irritating interactions with some of the nurses working at this location. These interactions involved heavy sighing and eye rolling directed at patients for seemingly no reason. Wait times at this location are also fairly long and can average 30+ minutes after scheduled appointment time.

I was referred here by my GP and the reviews about the INCREDIBLY RUDE office staff are 100% accurate! They sigh and roll their eyes if you have a question. They are very short with everyone... And are even worse over the phone (where they feel so brave)!
They are also incompetent and disorganized. I had to call 3 times for them to finally submit my prescription to the pharmacy (over several weeks), causing me to miss a dosage!
They take your co-pay upfront, because they know you will be waiting 1 - 2 hours for your appointment! Yet don't use that time to take care of the blood work they knew

I have been a patient here for 17 years. I really liked Dr. Gospodinoff, but the office staff is very rude and not empathetic. I was stuck in traffic behind a huge tank that tipped over, came late, and the office assistant, looked at me, and then pretended not to see me for 30 minutes. I just wanted to explain the situation and she looked me dead in the eye (while I was crying) and ignored me. They also never forward my messages directly to her so I constantly have trust that they pass along phone messages, but I NEVER hear back. After today, I’m pulling my charts and finding a new doctor. Please

This office refused to see me because I had a balance of $113. I have been a patient with them for years and have always paid my bills with them. I told them that I am currently disabled and couldn't afford to pay that upfront and asked if I could set up a payment plan. They still refused to see me. I have really bad Rheumatoid Arthritis and need to be on medication because if I don't have medication I am in a really bad place. I already use a cane because of having both hips replaced and the Rheumatoid in all of my joints. They seemed to not even care. I am in terrible pain now because I ran out

First visit to this office today with Dr Gospodinoff. My experience with the front desk staff was positive and efficient. No rudeness as others have talked about. Dr "G" was a pleasure to work with, she collected information from me about my symptoms, listened, and was not rushed. Prescriptions called into my pharmacy by staff and blood work drawn without any wait time. Overall an excellent experience. Will return and hope the experience is the same.
