Bahama Road Veterinary Hospital had its beginnings in an old milk house located on Quail Roost Farms in 1983. We put a lot of thought and care into designing our building to make our facility a place that always stays true to our motto: "Where Pets Come First." Proudly providing outstanding veterinary care to northern Durham and surrounding areas since 1983. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
Extremely impressed with the facility and vet who worked with us. Although we had to put our dog down, they were extremely professional and did all they could for my baby. I just rescued another dog and will be switching all of my furbabies here! Thank you guys! I have been taking my two dogs there for a little over a year, and have seen 3 different vets between all of our visits and I can't say enough good things about them.
If you're thinking of getting a pet fish, you should know that your veterinarian has a lot of good advice about pet ownership. Fish can be very rewarding as pets, and you just may be surprised about how much fish actually interact with their owners. Thanks to advancements in veterinary care, today's cats can live well into their teen years.

Awesome vets and staff! But that is where it ends. We had to have an emergency surgery today....2 1/2 weeks before Christmas. We asked if we could do a payment plan/arrangement....like 600 this week and 600 in 2 weeks and we were told unfortunately we can't do that for you. We have been using them for years and have always paid for everything at once this one time was the exception. I am fully disappointed they could not work with us. Unfortunately we will be finding another Vet for our dogs.
