Đź›‘ stop don't look elsewhere, everyone else is to busy over loaded with work,they are not,they get he'r done, friendly, welcoming, respectful,I ran something over took out radiator and oil pan by the time the tow truck got me they had someone at the Freightliner picking up the parts by the time we got back 30 minutes later the parts arrived got in at 9 am out midnight,show me any shop working till midnight, They know you need to be bak on the road,be patient eat at the cafe next door,do me a favor say hi to Russell for me Jim great guy!

Blown up tire on 10_20th of a commercial truck on Benson AZ.
Call in, got out to meet the truck, tire fixed and paid. 4 simple steps, communication with David was quick, simple and straighforward; our two calls didn't last more than 1 min. That is how everything should be, quick serviced, quick pay...win win.

I locked my keys in my truck and had called other locksmiths but couldn't get ahold of anyone and finally got a lead on Big Dave's towing and called and within 30 minutes they arrived and were able to unlock my truck and get me back on the road. They were professional and courteous and would definitely recommend them if I am ever in that area again.
