I arrived prior to my appointment time and waited until 5 minutes past. The office was locked and there was nothing posted outside, nor signs of life inside. I gave up two days that I could have sought treatment elsewhere. For someone in pain, that is totally unprofessional and cruel. I am filing an official complaint with Presbyterian Medical Group.
