Compassionate staff and Dr's. I recently moved here and as a new client with an emergency they worked me right in. explained all procedures and tests to me in a way I would understand. I was so nervous moving here and trying to find a new Vet and staff for my 4 legged kids. I'm thankful for their office!!

Totally non-empathetic staff in emergency situations. Several days ago rushed my terrier to their location after she ingested rat poison. Refused to see her stating they were too busy and that I would just have to wait. Even individuals in the waiting room said they would forfeit their place in line so she could be seen. They still refused. I asked if there was anything I could give her to promote vomiting while waiting. They simply said no. Immediately contacted the Animal Clinic in Harrodsburg who told me to rush her to their location; they actually called twice while I was in route. Although

I have really tried to hold back from posting this review however it's been a month and I can not stop thinking about it. We have been going here for over 2yrs and all 6 of our pets are seen by Dr. Phillips. He is an amazing vet so we never had any issues until this last visit. Dr. Phillips was on vacation and his fill in has completely made me considered finding a new vet. We recently got a new puppy and I was only bringing her in for a wellness check, vaccines and to set up an appointment to have an extra claw removed. Needless to say I left that day with no vaccine, no appointment to remove

I cannot say how impressed I was with the staff and service my dog has been receiving. All procedures were explained beforehand and a printed list of charges were given to me for review so that I knew what to expect. The fees were very reasonable, I was given total choice as to which procedures were most urgent and which could be delayed. The office was spotless, well organized. Everyone was informative and very helpful. I can see now why they were so highly recommended. Five star service all the way.

I had a wonderful experience with vet tech, Tori. I brought in my older chug (chiuhaha and pug) for breathing and arthritis issues. She went above and beyond what was asked to assure he had the best care! She went as far to give him a bath and clip his toenails (something he hates!). She communicated completely and thoroughly throughout his whole visit! Tori informed me clearly on how to administer his medication and was willing to answer any questions I had! Would definitely recommend Tori and this clinic! :-)
