Only 1 star because you can't leave 0. Called to see about getting an appointment to come talk about what my husband and I would qualify for. Keith made fun of my name from the get go and started getting defensive when I began asking about different loan programs. We spent all this time and work getting our bank and tax info together and when I wouldn't give him personal information over the phone, Keith said my inquiry was a waste of his time. Literally ANYONE else is a better choice if you want someone kind and helpful to work with. If you want a leech who wants to extract all he can from you
