With Dave as the top sales arm and Jon as the technology expert, they both knew a partnership would take Holland Mortgage Advisors (HMA) to limitless expansion possibilities. Since Dave and Jon's merger in 2010, Holland Mortgage Advisors has grown from an independent mortgage broker into a fully delegated mortgage banker.
HMA is a Full-Service Lender that offers a customized approach from the application process to the Closing. Competitive jumbo rates and potential second-mortgage solutions which may improve rates and avoid mortgage insurance on larger loan sizes. We offer a 10% down jumbo program, (with some credit limitations, and mortgage insurance as applicable.).
Before you begin to shop for a new home, you should set up a time to meet with us so we can figure out how much you can afford. This will put you in a better position as a buyer. That's when it is important to understand the distinction between being pre-qualified for a loan and pre-approved for a loan.

There is NO grueling, lead hunting involved. We provide a solid book of business, you just show up with a can-do attitude and your experience.
Fully signed contract is required for underwriting however, initial unsigned one is acceptable to get the loan started and rate locked in. As long as there is an agreement and a verbal commitment from both buyer and seller. A copy of the cancelled check that was used for "hand money /deposit" given to the realtor for the subject property, must include the back of the check which will include bank numbers that show the check was routed.

We shopped around a little for mortgage providers and decided to go with Holland because they were by far the easiest to work with. We were glad we did; it was great working with Sheila and the rest of the team. Jessica Herdman and the Holland Team did a great job for us getting all the mortgage documentation set, processing the deal along, with a great rate. Being from out of town we needed someone who we could trust and Jessica was that person. We always felt that she and the Holland team had our best interest at heart. This team is absolutely amazing! From the owner to the individual Loan officers. I don't know how they do it, but they make you feel like you their only client even though that is not the case.
I have closed on 3 houses with this team so far, in less than a year. Their close times a super fast!

An incredibly smooth and enjoyable experience working with the Holland team for our mortgage loan! Worked primarily with Sheila (Shay) Plassmeyer, who was fantastic, but every member of the team who touched our file was organized, responsive, transparent and genuinely enthusiastic to be working with us. The electronic document portal was secure and very user-friendly for submitting our documents. And we received an excellent rate on top of all that.
