Brian provided me with excellent service today, through repair of several watches, along with money saving counsel. Is the first time that I have been to this establishment, but it will most certainly not be the last period was very impressed.

I had a wonderful experience using Diadem to have 2 rings sized. When I went I received quick and courteous help to find just the right size needed. I was given a clear explanation of the different process for my 2 types of rings. I am most impressed with them showing me my rings magnified when I dropped it off and picked it up to guarantee I was getting my rings back. They are both in like new and extra shiny condition. I have gone to Diadem over and over for years and will continue to use them for my jewelry needs.

Customer service is unmatched. Treated like a friend from the moment we walked in. I took my watch to get resized and they took care of it for me in under ten minutes keeping me in the loop the whole time. Can't wait to go back.

Always a friendly atmosphere. Their jewelry is of excellent quality. Their jewelry knowledge is very helpful and easy to understand. One of my favorite parts of a visit can be when they use their big screen TV to show you your ring or jewelry. Always a wonderful experience.

My wife and I found the quality of craftsmanship at Royal Diadem Jewelers to be superb. Their service has also been exceptional, giving us plenty of time to discuss what we wanted. We also found the atmosphere to be highly professional.
The only suggestion for improvement concerns the estimated date of completion. Understandably, no specific date can be guaranteed, only within a range. It would be better to give the customer the latest date, not the earliest date. In doing so, he would be pleased if the piece is ready earlier than expected instead of frustrated when it is ready later than expected

This store really has it together. It’s a fabulous collection of jewelry professionals, with an emphasis on custom design, and a dedication to customer service. They have an experienced watchmaker on site to handle repairs on quartz AND vintage mechanical movements. They also offered to clean my wife’s ring st no charge. I will be doing some holiday shopping here, for sure!

Friendly and welcoming staff, knowledgeable, trustworthy, beautiful inventory and excellent service. I had my great grandmother’s diamond appraised and reset in its original setting. I could not be happier! I highly recommend Diadem.

Had a great experience with Andrea to repair a necklace clasp. Rather simple fix, but I was amazed at the knowledge she has! She is like a little wizard with the equipment and cameras. She explained everything clearly and even found two loose sapphires on my engagement ring! She was warm and welcoming and I trust them 100% with any service or sale.. Eyeballed their interesting selection of jewelry while there too! Highly recommend!
