Our prices are based on the square footage of the home and the type of home being inspected, i.e. single, double, etc. Below is our general price structure. Ryan was friendly and communicative thru the whole process, and definitely lessened the stress of a home inspection by his easy and professional manner. I had many questions and he took the time to answer all of them in detail. The inspection report he provided was the most thorough report I've received yet on one of my home purchases and I feel confident in the decisions I've made on the home I'm buying because of his report. Ryan did an outstanding job on our pre-purchase home inspection and was generous enough with his time to do it on very short notice! The report he compiled is *extremely* helpful, informative, and comprehensive. He also answered all of my questions, leaving me feeling like I had a very good understanding of the state of the house. I had a great experience with Good Neighbor Home Inspections! Ryan is very friendly and was able to fit in a home inspection on a pretty short notice. The inspection was very thorough, and I received a file that contained all the issues with the house I was buying with pictures and videos. It was a very high quality binder. Ryan was great after the inspection with answering the questions I had. I definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a house inspector!

My experience with Good Neighbor was great from start to finish! Ryan was the person that helped me, and he was very responsive and informative with how the process works. Upon arriving for the inspection, Ryan was prompt and prepared for the full inspection. I was impressed with the level of detail that Ryan took with the property, as well as the gadgets/technology that assisted him with the inspection.
