He pointed out good things as well as what should be addressed as we walked around the home with him.
His report was detailed (40 pages)for both interior and exterior and included many photos
critical hazards that need to be addressed and also recommendations.

We had him do a home inspection for a property we ultimately didn't take due to an unsatisfactory home inspection (dodged a bullet there -- thanks Chris!), plus another one that we ended up pursuing. Chris was fantastic to work with. I had to have an inspection done on somewhat short notice and Chris was happy to help. Very willing to discuss various questions, easy to talk to, and extremely friendly. I had my report the same evening. He was also extremely thorough and left no stone unturned. Having had other home inspections done in the past by others, I realize now how little effort others put into the job. Would strongly recommend CRM to anybody that needs an inspection done.

As first time home buyers we were extremely happy with Chris as our inspector - he was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable it was obvious why we were recommended to him. Very thorough job, and he explained everything along the way, both good and bad, about the property. I felt comfortable asking him even the dumbest questions.
