Dan is an extremely qualified home inspector, also he has the customers best interest in mind. When I arrived at the home he was inspecting we had every intention of testing for radon, after investigating the home Dan explained that the home already had a radon mitigation system that wasn't currently operating.
Instead of charging me the $150 to do a radon test he referred me to a local expert on radon mitigation and informed me that the person would test for radon after he serviced the mitigation system. Dan easily could have continued with the radon test and made himself $150 and I never would have questioned it.

Detailed, thorough, and professional. Dan inspected two rental properties for me this year and did an excellent job on both. He took clear, hi-res pictures next to each item that needed attention and his reports were easy to understand. He also was available for follow-up questions and gave even more detailed recommendations on how to deal with each of the issues in the report. Great job!

Dan was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was able to schedule our inspection for two days after our initial phone call. During our inspection he was informative, thorough, and FUNNY! He really made the whole experience memorable and made us feel like we were truly getting to know our new home. I love that he encourages clients to reach out in the future, this isn't a one-and-done service. 10/10 - Would highly recommend!

We were incredibly impressed with Dan. We are out of state buyers so unfortunately did not get to meet him in person, but he communicated with us every step of the way. Although unconventional, sellers of our future home were actually there for the inspection and they too said how impressed they were with Dan, that he was punctual, thorough, and super pleasant. Booking the inspection was a breeze with the online booking system, Dan immediately followed up by phone that same day & we talked through whether or not we needed a radon test. He also recommended a very impressive company that we are using

Dan did my home inspection and was very helpful in answering general questions I had about what to expect as a potential homeowner!
