I love this gym! The staff is super friendly and always more than willing to help me move machines or show me how to properly use equipment and perfect my form. The employees working at the front desk, Andrew and Lukas have always been super attentive and have great customer service skills whenever I go in. After a couple months of going to the gym, I still wasn't seeing the results I wanted. I started training with Logan Knox and I immediately began to notice a positive change in myself. His workouts are very difficult, however he always has your best interest in mind and never lets you do

The manager/owner of this establishment, Brian H. has resorted to harassment and false accusations of slander in my DM inbox. Instead of getting defensive and aggravating the situation, a smart and upstanding business person would make a good-faith attempt to understand what went wrong and work to establish protocols to ensure it doesn't happen again.

After posting here, I was given a refund on my charges during covid closure. Thank you Club Paradise Fitness! I miss working out as before. I know businesses are eagar to open. Most staff is friendly and helpful but there is one African American woman that doesn't look up from her phone when you want to check you in. I've stood at the door and waited then just walked in because she has no clue what's going on in the gym.. ever. This has happened multiple times. Guess you do not need a membership when she is there? Very unprofessional

If the young man at the front door had been an employee of mine, I would have terminated him on the spot. Very negative attitude and made me feel like I was an interruption to his wark rather than the purpose of it. Not one question from him. A direct price quote to join and not even an inquiry about interests or an invitation to join. Very dismissive. There is no possibility that I will ever join this gym as long as management hires people with his attitude to meet prospective customers.

It has been a constant battle with this company charging my credit card during this Covid 19 year and being closed. My dance only membership is considered non essential. I am being charged more than my membership costs. I cancel with my bank. Somehow Paradise manages to override and figure a way to charge. When asked to speak to a manager, I am given an email address. I send an email and don't hear back. I will cancel my credit card, it is tied into other accounts which is a hassle and may put me in jeopardy in the future with this company. I don't recommend this headache. The dance class was fun

They have machines. You can use them to get exercise. This might be the right atmosphere for some people.
I don't like the place because of the lax health practices, and the older male manager apparently has no interest in polite feedback and suggestions that could protect his customers from the transmission of pathogens.

For a small town gym with people who mostly take cardio classes, its probably passable. In the reviews, people seem to like the classes. For those who lift weights or do any cross training, it's terrible. They have a hodge podge of various brands of equipment, most of it is very old, ancient really. Remember the old white Nautilus equipment! Different weights from way back, all cheap. A lot of junky stuff. The equipment is dirty and really needs proper servicing. The workout areas are laid out terribly and the equipment squeezed in together way too tight. The cardio machines are similar

I started going to this gym in August of 2017 and it's one of the cleanest facilities I've been to. Especially on Monday mornings! When I first came in, Daniel was really nice and helpful. I always see him interacting with the guests and making everyone smile. The red of the staff is always friendly and specifically one of the front desk employees, Andrew, has great customer service and I always see him working hard. I drove by this gym for years and always overlooked it. I use to drive so far to workout in Oceanside and long term, it just didn't workout. After almost a year of letting myself go, I needed to take care of myself again and decided to try this gym out. I was pleasantly surprised! Club Paradise Fitness has everything I need. I’ve been a member at club paradise fitness for 3 years now and I have yet to find a gym with the same energetic positive vibe. They offer an extensive variety of aerobics classes all instructed by amazing trainers. The staff is polite and always eager to help. What I love about the gym is that they offer fitness challenges every few months to help push you towards your fitness goals! They currently have their 6 week fitness challenge going right now so come in and join us!!!

We've been members since we moved to Fallbrook 13 years ago. Our gym opens at 430am which is perfect for our early schedules. I am so happy we have a 5am boot camp class and our coach, David is great! He mixes up our workouts each day so it never gets boring! I am hoping a 6am bootcamp is added as we are getting pretty crowded at 5am. We love having a gym 2 minutes from home and staff is great!

I used this Gym when I went to San Diego to visit my sister. It was $10 for a 24 hour pass. Half the equipment was new and the other half old. It was ok, I got my workout in. It looks like their aerobics room is very nice when I peaked in. Some of the equipment is outside but shaded and I thought that was interesting. Its so hot in San Diego why would you want it to be outside but hey I'm not going to judge that. It was an ok gym but I would not become a member if I lived near unless it was the only option.

This is a great little gym for a small town. The staff are friendly, the machines are adequate and the cardio equipment is modern and well maintained. There are TVs to stare at while you sweat. They offer plenty of classes with competent teachers. Child care is a small room, but hey, you should only have your kid there for an hour at most any way. There is minimal strutting and preening. People bring extra fruit from their gardens for everyone. I have looked at the other reviews and I had this exact same membership problem at Fitness 19 in Oceanside.They kept deducting forever from my checking

About a year ago my father and law and I decided to move to another gym. I received a bill for ~$ 300 a couple weeks later. I came in and met with Mark. He looked up my account, and my father in law's account, and said my last payment was made on the same day the invoice was sent out so we both were paid in full. He printed out my -0- balance, and my father in law's (Jim) balance of -0-.
A YEAR LATER, I get a bill for over $400. My father in law and I both had personal trainers and spent over $9,000.00 in a year here. DON'T GO TO THIS GYM!!!

Be careful if your contract ends because they will keep charging your account each month with out telling you.
Won't give you your money back for the months that they charged you without you knowing.

I give it no stars. Why you may ask? Well I'm in the service and had to move to Oceanside. I tried to end the membership but they wanted 55 plus 75 dollar fee. I felt I shouldn't have to be penalized because I had to move and didn't have time to drive and pay so we tried to call with no response.
So we finished the 18 month contract thinking it would just stop pulling money while we never went to use the facilities. Well come to find out they continue to charge us month to month not even notifying us of the end of contract. When we called to talk to someone to cancel they wanted
