Services
Cameron Fitness Beach Bootcamp is an ultimate outdoor workout designed to transform your body through a combination of high-energy cardiovascular drills and strength training exercises. It is a rewarding class that will challenge and motivate participants of all fitness levels. The creatively designed format includes core strengthening, cardiovascular drills, plyometrics, and traditional calisthenics.
Our strength training classes will help you to burn lots of calories as well as build lean body mass by working on all of your major muscles. RTB has little to no impact, and is a great class for everyone! Be prepared to sweat, work hard, be accountable, and have fun. Although our classes are designed to push you, keep in mind that each participant will be instructed and challenged according to his or her own fitness level.
Cameron Fitness is committed to guiding you as you work to better your health and fitness levels. Our prime focus is to improve and or develop your core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular system, and muscle tone. We also understand the importance of proper nutrition and the role it plays in any wellness program.

I live in the bay area, but when I am in the San Diego area, I try to make a point of working out with Heather, who I believe is the best personal trainer and workout instructor ever! Let me tell you why. She shows genuine concern and care for each individual person in her class. She works around the individual needs of each person, coming up with accommodations for anyone needing them due to injuries or whatever the case may be. She is a kind person with a heart of gold, but she pushes you to give everything you have, and sees to it that you give your all. Add to this the community vibe and support

5 biceps up!!! Heather is my fitness dream come true! I've been obsessed with Cameron Fitness for 3 years now. Her Mon, Wed, and Fri 1130 am lunch crunch class (30 mins) is my go to! She targets your whole body for only $5 a class. Mind blowing price for 2019! She also offers wonderful classes next to the beach and at night in her studio with great energy. Her schedule makes it easy to catch a class. You/your glutes won't regret trying one of her classes and hopefully become a long time member.

I recently moved to the area and before I arrived I researched Cameron Fitness (and other gyms) online hoping to find a new fitness home. After a couple of email exchanges with Heather I tried a morning Bootcamp class. She was kind and welcoming and then proceeded to deliver a tough workout that worked every muscle in my body. I was hooked.

Cameron Fitness is Awesome!!! Heather is the absolute best, always encouraging, never pushes TOO hard, just enough to help you challenge yourself! Since starting her Boot Camp, I have lost weight and most importantly INCHES!! I have not felt or looked this good for a long time!!!. I look forward to her workouts, they are never the same, never boring and she makes sure no muscle is left out, she get 'em ALL!
If you want to get fit, have a good time and meet some awesome people, GO!!! You will NOT regret it!!!

I'm taking Heather's boot camp classes to supplement my own barbell training workouts since I'm having trouble leaning out. Her boot camp classes are challenging and will leave you soaking wet and sore. I've always hated cardio and been the type that hates to run, however, she makes the classes fun and is extremely motivating and encouraging. If your workouts have hit a plateau, I would definitely recommend checking out her boot camp.

Heather is the best instructor ever. The people in the classes are so welcoming. I don't live in Oceanside, but when I am here I go to class. She makes everyone feel so welcome. From the most fit to the beginner everyone is welcome and you get a perfect workout. The location is awesome too. Just try it and you will be hooked.
