ILLUMII was born out of a desire to create a central place where children, teens, and families can find the support they need as they create their path through childhood, adolescence, and into adulthood. We are an interdisciplinary team of experts ready to guide the bright futures of children, teens, and young adults.
Every child develops at his or her own pace. We often expect development to be a straight line. Yet for many kids, development is uneven. These children shine in many areas, and need a lot of support in other areas. Uneven development is most frustrating when a child can't yet meet expectations in some area that is important to them, like school, home life, or friendships.
Most adults reach out to use because they have a specific need related to school or testing. Sometimes adult clients reach out because they are curious about why certain aspects of life (reading, attention, focus, etc.) are difficult for them. Whatever the reason, we are hear to help you discover your unique strengths as well as vulnerabilities.
The assessment takes place in an online platform, HIPPA consent, which means, that is totally private. Your child will need to be placed in a quiet room with no distractions. We take the time your child needs to complete all tasks. Most of the testing materials are online, but we will also ship a small box with some hands-on materials for the assessment.
When Google, blogs, and friends aren't enough to help you answer the specific question you have about your child, we are here to help support and guide you. Sometimes we don't even know what question we have - we just know we need support and guidance. A general consultation with one of our experts can help guide you in the right direction.

Spot on and in depth evaluations of and coaching for learning disabilities and other issues for challenged students who struggle academically. Extensive academic testing and a psychologist on staff as well if needed. Thorough review with solutions. A little overpriced. Responsive. They work quickly.
