A valid credit card (the same credit card that was used to reserve the room) must be present at the time of Check-in with a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation and the credit card. A $150 security deposit for incidentals will be authorized on the credit card upon arrival per stay. It will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days if there are no additional charges or damages to the room.

The room looks clean and the staff are nice. However the bed is horrible, it’s very soft and no support plus one side is a little firmer and other side is extremely soft and it sink in with no support. There was a small stains on the pillowcase. Also the way the bed position in the room is so weird. The outlets are on the wall but the bed is position to parallel one side of the bed to the wall. It just doesn’t make sense and make a couple hard to charge their phone while on the bed. But this should be a quick fix if they care customer review. If they make these changes, I would recommend to

Not too sure about the hidden cameras or maybe there were? Not too sure, I wasn't in the room long enough to notice or care. The room was awesome, toilets were awesome, everything was clean. Definitely not outdated , very welcoming. Wish there was a little more parking. Also wish the gym was open and that Starbucks or whatever that place is downstairs was open, but other than that awesome place!

check in were nice as well. Demographic wise it seemed to be mostly travelers staying in this hotel. It was super quiet and the bed was very comfy. They really don't cheap out on the soap. They had bath and body works soap & lotion which I was very happy to see. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Extremely stressful check in experience. I stayed for less than 8 hours at this hotel. I bought the room at 9pm checked in at 10:30pm because it took me 30mins of back and forth calls over what should have been a simple fix.
If you book through an app. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR NAME IS CORRECT. NO ROOM FOR ERROR AT THIS PLACE. My phone auto populates basic information such as email and name. This time it put my email as my guest name and reserved it under my email.
Apparently if it were up to them I'd have to go legally change my name to Cinny lilwanderers@gmail.com to be able to spend the night

This place is terrible! Read the reviews! I tried getting my refund and they said we can only issue credit towards a room. I paid for 2 days and now I'm stuck with this. I have to use it before the year is over or I'll lose it. Don't come here trust me it's not worth it but if you like to lose money then please come here.

I was hoping this was to be a decent and clean hotel in a good neighborhood of Torrance. The neighborhood is great...but I doubt we will stay here again regardless of the proximity to our desired points of interest.
During the daytime things are decent. But, this hotel rents rooms to people who come to play loud music throughout the night and smoke pot and cigarettes in the rooms.

Hidden gem! Ahhh do I want to be honest on the interview or do I want to keep this secret selfishly to my self.... The service is excellent, I can't believe it's a 2 star hotel. The value/cost is superb. Literally felt this is a 3 star hotel the whole time. I think owner is Japanese. I love Torrance and the location of this hotel. Will come back!

Horrendous service with outdated policies. I prepaid for my employee to stay here and they would not let her check in. They wouldn't accept cash as a deposit, they don't accept Apple Pay and she didn't have a credit card physically with her. They wouldn't let me send over picture authorization - I drove an hour to give them my card and ID and she had to leave her store and meet me there b/c they wouldn't let her checkin (her third time there that day/same desk person) unless she was standing next to me at that time!!! It was ridiculous. I will never book here again.

This place is a disaster. The lobby and receptionist were very nice upon arrival but the room itself was disgusting. It was dirty, carpet had not been vacuumed, there was trash on the floor, stains and tears on the furniture. The worst of it were the ROACHES, yes two of them. One in the shower and one on the curtains by the window. I reserved the suite so imagined a nicer room but it was awful. Walls are paper thin so you can hear the people upstairs.
The biggest blow was the hotel didn't refund my deposit. I

Okay.. so this is my first time checking into this specific hotel. Got it for 3 nights, & although it was already close to 1am the next day when I checked in, they didn't even consider a slight discount for the first day, considering I wasn't there all-day , due to work. But Anyway, the price was actually quite affordable considering it's a double-bed room, very clean and cozy. The front lobby was extremely gorgeous. Front desk lady was super super Nice and courteous, except for the non discount given.The parking structure is pretty massive so you're sure to find a spot

This find was a last minute late night early morning find. Initially found the deal via Priceline, Orbitz or the like. But when I went to book the prices changed drastically. Literally, I was in the parking lot of the hotel while attempting to book.

I got this hotel off Hotwire, and ngl, I was VERY hesitant and upset given previous reviews. I even called Hotwire asking why they rated it as 3.5, when the hotel's website rates itself as a 2.0. Given the false accusations and charges from the hotel (such as customers being charged $250 as a smoking fee and damaging towels even though they didn't), I went as far as recording every single time I entered and exited the hotel for fear of false charges.

I have no clue what just happened. I was excited to stay here since it's close to my office and other photos online looked great. What I got was the polar opposite. It was like lipstick on a pig. The hallway and room smelled like bug spray. There were holes in my walls and panels falling off. The bed was just haphazardly in the middle of the room...like what the actual F@#k?!

I booked for my boyfriend and I through Expedia using my name and card. However, I called the Redac Hotel, and notified them that my boyfriend would be arriving first. I asked if he could be the one to check in, and his name be added onto the room. Even with confirmation number and payment already processed, front desk lady could not assist with adding my boyfriend's name on the room reservation. We book locally and for travel all the time, this was never an issue.

I get it, I am not your typical guest since just about every sign is in Japanese (I assume) I don't get that you would put somebody who is checking in early in the very worst room on the property.
Even with the window closed, the noise from traffic on South Western Avenue was unbearable. I stayed in room only 20 mintiest before I decided I could not stay there and rest comfortably.
I called front desk and requested a room swap. After a few minutes they called back and had me come down. I appreciate they were able to accommodate me with a room on other side of property away from the traffic

I'm giving this hotel a solid 4 stars. The rooms are clean, and the check-in/out was smooth. They have front desk at all hours which is nice unlike the previous hotels we've been to recently. The front desk ladies have been really courteous so far. The rooms all have bidets installed which is wonderful for someone like my mom (she should stay here).
We always remember the breakfast here. They always offer western fare as well as Japanese offering. Last time we were here, they had porridge. This time, it was curry 2 days in a row. I wish they'd vary it up since we stayed
