How i start first we made our reservation on internet and we got an special price, when we arrived to the place they give us the key. When we enter to the room they change us the room that we was choose on internet when it was more smaller only 1 bed and with the mirror broken not division between the shower and the toilet,I tolld.my husband hey this wasn't the room for the one we payed for, so.he went to.the reception and they didnt want to respect our price to.move us to our original room they wanted us to pay extra money when we already payed at full.since the beginning, finally they give us

Stains everywhere, even in the bathtub. Every second spent in this room I found more things wrong with it. There were roaches coming out the bathtub, dead spiders in the shower, not to mention the immediate smell of smoke oncing entering the room gum stuck in the carpet. Even the towels that we're given had stains on them, the paint on the wall was chipping and pillows also had stains. I really wish I spent the extra cash to find a decent room with a hot tub. The hot tub worked well but was dirty I didn't feel comfortable using it until rising it with hot water and soap.

I Stayed here six nights, room was clean, housekeeping was friendly and came by at least once a day. Free parking, room had a microwave, fridge, iron, tv etc. Your basic 2 star hotel, quite area, expect for a bang! Fallowed by two pops every hour or so. I believe was their water heater system? Again nothing really fancy, deposit was $50.

We had to cancel our reservation due to the hotel experiencing maintenance issues and them self declaring they did not have a room available for us. The hotel room door didnt lock so the hotel Admin would have had to open our room for us everytime we left, the sink and toilets were broken. We made our reservations two weeks prior to our trip and the hotel didnt try to contact us until the morning of to cancel. The room smelled like it hadnt been cleaned, the floors creaked, overall the hotel hasnt been maintained well! I do not recommend. I'd give the hotel zero stars if possible.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room smelled like cigarettes and urine. Everything was broken and full of cigarette burns, and to top it off the room next to us had a party with 10 people in the room until 3 in the morning until they were finally kicked out by the manager after our 4th time calling to complain.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I know this place is cheap, but sleeping in my car is even cheaper which I ended up doing after laying on the bed. I ignored all the cosmetic flaws because of the price, but as soon as I touched the bed, I felt itchy all over. I was just laying on top of the comforter, so I thought maybe that was the problem, nope the top of the blanket is even itchy. Not sure if it was bugs or cigarette burn stains. Oh yah, I forgot to mention the room smells like a casino. Back to the bed, I got curious and started unwrapping the bed. I found dark brownish stains. Not sure

The room was gross, floors sticky and dirty, burn holes in the linens, linens smelled nasty, room smelled like cigarettes, and the service left a lot to be desired. Nobody came to clean, empty trash or replace linens. We had to leave them outside. Also, there was a junkie out in the parking lot trying to break into a car. Had to call the front desk to alert them because they had no idea or security measures. Only booked for the jacuzzi in the room. What a mistake. How are you still in business?

This place always has rooms available at reasonable prices. I love that! My room this time wasn't as great as I remembered. Just basic hotel room but I think it's cause I'm used to having the big jacuzzi type tubs lol
Anyway, it was clean but the floors are really slippery when wet and it can be hard to see! Lol so be careful when drying your hair!😅
The microwave and mini-fridge are always a plus!

There are alot of things wrong, the water pressure was very low, the bathroom didn't have any trash cans, the towels were small and very stiff, the elevator sounded like it was going to break down, the walls were starting to peel, the mirror was very dirty, there was no shampoo or body wash, there was a switch that didn't do anything. The lights flickered outside, the floor was broken, there were weird sounds. The toilet paper broke easily and much more

The host was very friendly and nice, but everything else was awful. The room did not seem clean. The floor felt sticky and the bed was in poor condition. The walls looked dirty. Other people staying there the same time I did were extremely obnoxious and inconsiderate. I would have checked out immediately, but I could not find another place with space that night. I would not recommend staying there even if it is free.

The room we stayed in was questionable. There was mold on the bottom walls, no trash bin, a messed up couch, and the bathroom was interesting. I spent a lot of time, figuring out how to turn on the shower head. If you are reading this, the one in room 210, you need to turn on the water and pull the noodle on the pipe for it to turn on. That was my first experience with something like that. If it isn't your first time, you got no problem.

They tried giving me a room that has a broken front door. Literally. Couldn't go in or out of the room without maintenance help due to the door lock being broken. Rooms are fine , but after staying a few nights and paying with cash everyday someone decided to charge my card the room rate after I've already went down and paid with cash so there's money missing from my bank account that I was never credited for ALSO THE AISAIN LADY AT THE FRONT DESK POCKETED 20$ I gave her 120 for the room she said the rate was 100 I didn't receive any money back she said she didn't have an extra 20$ lien like a mf . I know she got my 20$ I know she charged my card the room rate and pocketed the cash when I paid over

I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but this was by far the worst place we have got. Toilet wasn't cleaned, doors were very dirty, holes everywhere and we didn't have a smoke detector! Can't forget about the awful smell. We are definitely leaving right now and getting a new hotel! This place is horrible!

I'm back, four years later and it seems the luxurious part has left the building. I wouldn't stay here for free if someone offered. Apparently my previous stay was during a remodel so that's why it wasn't too bad. This time I was mortified. I had to switch rooms 3-4 times because the rooms are either filled with bugs, mold, or just smell like old cigarettes. Doesn't look like anyone actually cleans these rooms, they just straighten up a bit. There's a weird smell in every room that is slightly repulsive. -graffiti on the bed frames,
-neither the phone nor the clock were working,
-the smoke detector was left open without batteries.
Apart of the hotel room being unfit for guests, it was unsafe.
I had talked with the gentleman at the lobby, he assured me a full refund.
My deposit was returned right away.
Went into the room not even 5 minutes and now they refuse to give me a full refund.

Crap hotel dont stay here. Super thin walls, people next door started fighting at 5 am could hear bottles being thrown. Activity all night noisy as hell. Plus dont leave a cash deposit they will come up with some crappy excuse to steal your money. Room was disgusting and dirty as well as exterior. And they won't answer the phone if you need room service. Geezer phone wasn't even functional in the room and they dont provide wifi unless you ask.

Worst stay of my life actually left tonight in the middle of mt stay... There was alot of activity going on that made me so uncomfortable. People where arguing yelling women screaming all night mind you i checked in at 9pm... My room was nasty you'd think cause Covid19 they would care more. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush there was no remote for the T.V. 1 towl left kn bathroom pink hair dye spread all over the restroom I really couldn't take tonight .. The sheets, Furniture, Carpet and bathroom were dirty. Holes in the walls, burns on the carpets, blood on the bedside table.
Manager Carl is a lier, we asked for another room there were none, told we could talk to the manager for a refund as we had to find another hotel. Carl has been ignoring calls but finally answered and said it was a fraudulent claim?!
Do yourself a favor, find any other hotel in the area, not worth the money.

Hmmm, location was out of the way. But, I enjoyed the Queen room with spa for $140 for one night. My friend said that was too steep and I agreed. So, we wound up staying @ Custom Hotel for $60/night (see separate review).
The room was very spacious (see pics). Loved the bathroom/shower and jacuzzi. No sofa.
The rooms without a jacuzzi are rinky-dink! Super small!
