Mr. Williamson abs his team do what they say. They work hard and they communicate with me. If I have questions, they always got back to me in a timely fashion. When other companies said they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me, Mr. Williamson told if I made a comment to him, that he would it it happen. I did and he and his team has it for me, not once or twice but four straight times with one just happening 1/24/22. He and his team has help me get rid of two debts that has been burden of me as a single parent for over 10 years. I am truly thankful to God for Mr. Williamson abs his team!

These people are beyond amazing! We have been working with other lenders and have been stressed and frustrated with their service. When i first came to Sharp Loan I was worried that I'd get the run around like others claimed they did with other companies. To say the least, we had the exact opposite experience. Our agent, Hector (and the rest of his team) went above and beyond to ensure we got the best possible deal. Although it took some time, they never abandoned us and stuck with us. Ceasar Mendoza from Sharp Loan Rey Reyes office called me because they learned from experian that I was looking to refi. He very confidently claimed that his company will beat my current refi offer. After our discussion he said he will send me the loan estimate in writing so we can lock the rate. It has been a week and nothing from him. What a waste of time. Why call someone and claim something you cannot deliver?

I wasn't sure that this day would ever come. With all the struggles that have been going on in the past year and a half and personal family difficulties, I am thrilled beyond belief that I can finally call myself a true homeowner. And while I appreciate the desire to not be constantly harassed, it should be known that when you go through the lending process, lenders/brokers/etc reach out to get your business. Instead of getting frustrated, my advice is to entertain the call and see if they can beat your current rate ...

In 2019 a business manager replied to several posts from yelpers saying they were no longer doing a cold call telemarketing campaign using contact information from people without their consent. That is a lie, they certainly still are.
Today I received the following text from this company :"Hi! I'm calling with the Mortgage and Refinance Department. It's very important that you call us at your earliest convenience at 714-701-8458 to go over the details of your recent mortgage inquiry. Have a great day!"
I never made a mortgage inquiry with this company

This company is a scam. They called me unsolicited and pretended they were my current lender. They were very secretive about who they were and kept pretending like they were discussing my current loan with another bank. Only after I poked and prodded did they admit who they were and that it was actually an unsolicited marketing call that has nothing to do with my current loan. I have no idea where they steal your information from, but the fact that they instantly get your cell phone number to try to defraud you after you get a loan from someone else is pretty scary.

Having the same experience as the other two reviewers. In fact the voicemail Austin has pasted to his review is the exact same message I have been left multiple times over the last 3/4 days.
They ring several times a day and I had never even heard of them until this week. Didn't go to their webpage etc so not sure how they have my number.
The way they talk on the voicemail is very misleading, as if I had already started the mortgage buying process with them and they now have more information for me.
Sharp loans seems to be at best, harassment and at worst, a huge scam just to get our cash

Garbage. Somehow they get wind that you are refinancing your mortgage, then call you sort of pretending to be the lender you're working with. Not explicitly, since they do say they are Sharp Loan. But if you aren't paying attention you could easily think it's legitimately related to the refinance you have going on and end up getting scammed.
They implore you to "immediately" call to" review "important information" about "your application" and "to protect your privacy." Of course, I have no business with them.
