I will give them a zero rating. They got contracted by my home warranty and they came out and lied and said that we broke the garage motor. How does one do that? Especially when the garage door opener is over 16 years old? So they think that I’m going to pay them plus my deposit at the home warranty. I do not recommend them they could even tell us how it got damaged. Didn’t even get a callback or anything from them to let me know that they were not coming back out to fix my garage door opener. Highly do not recommend

After putting your trust in so many technicians, it’s hard to take chances but I was relieved the second Ace’s very best checked out my garage door! He knew exactly what the problem was with just one look. Tony made sure I knew where the problem started and explained to me what he would be doing to fix it. He even gave my garage a complimentary wash down with degreaser to take away the obnoxious noise. Talk about being a professional! I would give Ace’s 1000 stars! Not only did they repair and replace my garage door perfectly, but clean and efficiently! They made sure I knew what I was paying

Bottom Line: I do not recommend this company.
1. We initially contacted our home warranty company in February 2021 as the garage door opener was not functioning properly following a storm that cut power for a day or two. The Ace Garage Doors technician fixed the door opener but recommended we replace our current door as it was falling apart. The door was in rough shape so I asked for the price. The technician quoted a price of $1,200 for a “heavy duty” door. He then demanded a 50% deposit to begin the work. I agreed to and paid a 10% deposit and we scheduled the door replacement.

Nathan was on time and very friendly, they sent me a text and I could Even track how far away he was. He fix the problem check to make sure everything is working properly even help me get my new remote programmed stayed to make sure it was fixed and everything was working properly. Thank you very much Nathan five stars thumbs up man.

I made an appointment that they did not show up for. So I called 3 times to reschedule, left all voicemails. Then the technician showed up unannounced before they called me back to reschedule. I was at work and was unable to explain what needed to be fixed. After I was able to get in contact with someone to reschedule my appointment, they did not show up to the new appointment. I do not recommend.
