Hi, I'm Pat, owner of Bell's GDS. In case you were wondering, I started in the garage door and gate business in 1985. Working for Carmichael Overhead Door, I spent years installing, servicing and repairing all brands of garage doors and openers especially Wayne Dalton, our primary brand. Itching for more challenges I transitioned to become the operations manager for Rocklin Overhead Door.
During my 10 years working in the industry, I became disenchanted and upset at the total lack of performance by many garage door companies. I had enough! I remember that night so vividly when I sat down with my wife and told her I made up my mind to start our own company.

In this time of COVID, getting custom work done like gate-building can be a trial, in part because parts and materials are unavailable. But Pat finally was able to locate the parts we needed to upgrade our driveway gate, and once he had them, he was over in a few days and did all of the welding and fabrication on site, and quickly. It was a pleasure working with a pro -- someone who does his own work, and takes pride in what he does.

We had Bell’s come out years ago and they did an excellent job replacing our garage door opener, so we called them when our garage door spring broke. They sent Charles out within hours of my call and he replaced the springs on all three of our garage doors, He was a true professional with great manners as well. He lubed and made sure that everything was working smoothly. He even showed us what lubes were best to use. We definitely recommend Bell’s and would call them again for any garage or gate services.
