To assist with your Mindful Yoga Practices, I offer you access to my online Mindful Yoga classes, recorded over 9 months from the studio, for the cost of less than ONE group Studio class a month. So, you can choose from as many classes AS OFTEN as you like on ANY DEVICE for only $10 per month. Bringing mindful awareness to any physical activity creates an alert focus to whatever you are doing in that exact moment, thereby transforming the movement into a form of meditation. The emphasis is on observing rather than reacting. Although this should always be the case in yoga, this practice, in particular, places great importance on observing your mind and feelings while you are acting out the yoga pose.

I have taken yoga classes in a few counties and from many teachers over 20 some odd years and Cathy is the best teacher I've ever had.
The therapeutic awareness and mindfulness is what makes the difference.
No pose is entered into without proper set up and alignment. Truly yoga for a lifetime of practice not just in your youth.

My wife and I have been practicing Yoga under Kathy for five years. We love her, she is an awesome instructor. My wife is always raving about her to her friends. We would highly refer her to anyone looking for a yoga studio. Her studio is not far, convenient to get to, very clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Practicing yoga with Kathy has helped me greatly with my back and leg pain and helps ground me and remove the unecessary clutter from my mind. Bravo Kathy!!

Absolutely best yoga therapy I've ever experienced. Cathy Daley is extremely knowledgeable and a true expert in her field.
