I researched online and talked to multiple companies trying to get a inspector for my new home build until my realtor referred me to Mr. Patel. I am very pleased with the results I received for my new home Phase 3 inspection. The builders were surprised at how detailed Mr.Patel, the inspector, was. It was a last minute appointment but he was able to fit me into his schedule and provided a detailed report to me the same day. The price was better than the other companies I researched. I am definitely recommending KeenEye Inspections to my friends and family who are also new home builders.

Ok I have to start buy saying that home inspection that Mr. Patel did was EXCELLENT job! I 100% recommend him! He was very helpful, he explained everything with detail, just an overall excellent experience! If you are wondering if you should or should not get a home inspector I highly recommend getting one even if it’s new construction or an older home! Mr. Patel also gave us a quick but excellent report he was very specific and had lot of pictures where he pointed out all the things that where incorrect! Just over all he was excellent and if your looking for a home inspector you can not go wrong

Very thorough inspection completed by Chintan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a home inspection . He pointed out all areas that needed attention and I feel confident we have all bases covered and addressed- specially with a older home built in the 70’s. He is very responsive and flexible and we liked that he stayed behind after the inspection to discuss the major items found and walk through the property with the us.

Working with Chintan was pretty straightforward and painless. He communicates well, is very punctual and thorough with his reports, and he explains his findings in a way for everyone to understand. Phase 1 of our 3 phase new construction inspection was completed two weeks ago and I look forward to working with him for the other two phases. So far, I highly recommend.

Highly recommend using KeenEye Inspection for new home buyers. Reason I gave high ratings is because
1. Price is reasonable
2. KeenEye is really flexible with timing and worked around my schedule. They showed up as plan but builders didn't finish their work so I had to reschedule my inspection. Chintan (the inspector) came back once the house was empty.
3. The inspection took 3 hours and the report was forwarded to me on the same day. This really helped as I had to pass on the report to my builders
Overall, great to work with and highly recommend.
