Elias is an Excellent home Inspector. He answers your call promptly. He did inspection for my new home with short notice . And Appliance were not installed at time of inspection. He made a trip second time to just check the Appliances were properly installed . Very professional, Responsive Excellent service he gives . I will definitely recommend him in future. Thanks Elias

Elias is very detailed in conducting home inspections. He inspected a house for us, took his time and really gave us all of the information we needed to decide wether or not we wanted to put money into a house or find one that was in better shape. He is very up front and honest with his inspection report and the report is very detailed along with photos to show where major concerns may be. I would recommend EZ home inspectors 100% and will continue to use him myself.
