Services
Inspections are scheduled at your convenience and as the client you are encouraged to attend the inspection. A thorough inspection is provided with deficiencies and photo support. Reports are completed and emailed as a PDF the same day as the inspection. Structural, mechanical, pool (if present/optional inspection), sprinkler system, and termite (through a licensed termite inspector) can be arranged upon request.
Since the inception of "Around the House" Home Inspections we have performed thousands of home inspections for home buyers. Many Houston area real estate agents have used our services not only for their clients, but for their own homes and family members' homes. All of our reports are emailed in a PDF to you the same day as the inspection.

We hired David to inspect a home we are in the process of purchasing. I was referred to him by our realtor. I called David to confirm our appointment and he reassured me he would be there. Once we arrived at the home, he walked us around the house and gave us the good and the bad. No real big issues found. David was very helpful and his report was sent to me by the end of the day. The report was very detailed with a lot of information. I will recommend him if you are looking for an honest home inspection.

Report as they provided for us, doesn't useful at all and didn't help us. It was general information which anyone could figure out. After a while, we found lots of problems that they even didn't bring in the report (Some of them like Microwave has to be their report, which he didn't bring it at all). Don't recommend to waste your money for this company. Get someone who spent enough time in your home to inspect and make sure you will be present at the time of inspection.
