The staff is professional, sincere and flexible. They create a family atmosphere dedicated and customized all for you to feel comfortable. Jordan’s focus for the day was always strategic and well planned. Although, he prepared a plan for you he listened to your needs then if needed, completely changed his plan to fit your needs. Thank you sir for motivating me to get better.

Front desk and manager is extremely rude and not helpful I attempted to be a new patient however, due to my physical issues and work schedule they repeatedly reminded me that I was not able to be seen if I cancelled my apt I explained my medical issues and work schedule but they were rude and nasty.. I am glad I did not go there. I wonder if the owner or corp are aware of how they treat "potential " patients.

Chose OPPT based on a friend's recommendation, and couldn't be happier that I did. I had a serious knee injury and subsequent surgery, and spent nearly 7 months at OPPT. My P.T., Amy, was professional and fun. She never went easy on me, but she took the time to explain why I was doing something, and what it would improve. She was knowledgeable about my medical history and I trusted her. After 7 months there, my quality of life has never been better. Teresa, the front office manager, is probably the kindest person ever. From top to bottom, OPPT Hyde Park is wonderful. I hope I never have to return

All the staff members are caring and helpful, one of the best places I have gone to for physical therapy yet! Jeremy is awesome and genuinely cares about his patients. If you’re looking for a place to start or continue pt, OPPT is a great place to go to. I’ve been to two locations and had wonderful experiences at both.

I have been going to OPPT for almost 2 years off and on because of a chronic condition. I have worked with both Brittney and Kaitlyn, and am always met with care, understanding, and patience. I feel like the staff really listens to me, and makes sure my therapy fits my needs and capabilities. The service at the front desk is unmatched. Unlike most doctors' offices, I always look forward to my visits here. It's a comfortable and supportive environment. Scheduling is easy, and they offer text reminders for convenience.
