Fit 4 Life is the first place where we see hope in years. If you are dealing with any kind of rehabilitation, especially lower back and spine issues, this is the best place to go to. Neck pain can cause debilitating and extremely uncomfortable sensations, especially if the pain stretches from your neck down to your shoulders. According to the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), approximately one-third of the population will experience neck pain in any given year. It can get worse if left untreated, and in severe cases, surgery may even be needed.

Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Throughout my process here, every person guides you to a better fit life in which you can fully engage in. They focus on what your issue is and create a unique plan with exercises and stretches to help and improve your every day life. They always pay close attention to your form to ensure the exercise is done properly and you don't feel pain. If you feel pain or discomfort, they work with you to alleviate the pain or discomfort by stretching, massages, heat or cold packs, tensing unit, or MPS. I highly recommend Fit 4 Life.

Lived in the Tampa area for a while, and being an athlete decided that I needed extra help getting in elite shape. Fit 4 life has an awesome staff that is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have worked with both trainers (Adrian and Preston) and both push me while keeping me from getting injured. I have seen quick results and will continue to go in for workouts. I highly recommend Fit 4 Life.

I hate having to write this update, but here it is. On my fourth visit to Fit4Life, I was badly injured. The personal trainers (both Adrian and Travis) had been encouraging me to work harder and harder, as one would expect them to. But they had also been encouraging me to use a particular machine that was causing me a lot of pain in my lower back. And it was getting worse with each visit. I let them know it was causing me pain from the second visit, and that it was getting worse.. but they still insisted I do that exercise. Looking back, I should have refused to do that workout, and it would have
