We've been located in West Omaha for almost 20 years and are proudly serving generations of satisfied families. We have three experienced and personable doctors, and nine wonderful staff members to assist you with all of your eye care needs. Dr. Gradowski has been in practice for over 40 years in Omaha. Born & raised in the metro, Dr. Gradowski attended Creighton Prep High School & Creighton University, before moving to Memphis, TN to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 1979. He has been a member of Creighton's Athletic Medicine Staff and Clinical Instructor at Creighton University School of Medicine, for nearly 25 years.
If you believe you have a sight threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room. Floaters - while a singular floating object in the eye is usually not a cause for concern, multiple floaters can indicate a detached retina. We would be happy to discuss your specific concern and determine if you should be seen immediately for an emergency exam.

I would highly recommend working with Crystal at Eye Care West! I purchased glasses a few weeks ago and needed to exchange them. Crystal was working today when I went in to look for a new pair of glasses. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly and truly wanted me to leave having found glasses I love! Which I did!! Eye Care West is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

Great staff from beginning to end! They really care if you get the best vision and health for your eyes as possible. Faith, the lady doing billing, was so nice helping pick out glasses and went over all billing costs before I paid. I hated going to the eye doctor until I found this great group of people, Thank you to all.

I have been going to Eye Care West for years. Bridget always remembers me and is quick to ask about how I am. She takes the time to get to know you and is always so cheerful. I’ve seen all of the doctors and they are all amazing. Today I was especially impressed with Dr. Richert who took the time to go over my concerns after I discovered I might be at risk for macular degeneration. She evaluated my test results, explained them in detail then created a follow up plan for me. She also tweaked my contact prescription to perfection. Every doctor and staff member was also super diligent about wiping
