I absolutely LOVE the team at Duval Realty. Marshall Deveries was the most helpful by far in answering my questions!!!! Was on top with the latest prices for like properties, and returned my calls immediately. I have used Duval Realty as my property manager for almost 10 years and have nothing but outstanding things to say. Their maintenance department is ALWAYS extremely fast and is an outstanding value for the service they provide. The administration is professional and always kept me up to date on all information about my home and any issues the tenants might have. I am currently selling my home and their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond is truly amazing. They have gone out of their way to help me, even videoing my home inside and out for potential buyers!!! I am beyond happy

I’ve moved around a lot in my life. So I never knew what it was like to live in a place for more then 2 years. And I didn’t want to live like that now that I have my own family. I was really frustrated. However I meet a really great realty company called Duval realty. I didn’t really know what I wanted? I called them and they brought me right in to go over what properties they had available. Immediately I felt like part of the family. They were VERY patient with me. After we found what I wanted , I was so super excited about moving in to my new home. I will tell everyone to go with Duval
