Had a very very good experience with pleasant Hill Service center. Service was fast, professional and friendly. Pricing was extremely reasonable and they finished the service faster than expected. I would totally recommend this service center for mechanical issues.
I also appreciate that they were cognizant of Covid and wore mask and had hand sanitizer available.

I almost hate to share this secret with others but here it goes. Pleasant Hill Service Center is a wonderful place to have service performed on your car. Reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy are the words I use to describe Rick and Steve.
I happended to find the center when I received a ridiculous quote from a dealership for services they said my car needed. I went to Pleasant Hill and received an honest assesment of repairs, as well as a cost that was outlandish. Over the years, I've continued to depend on them for basic upkeep and sporadic repairs for my 10 year old car.

I brought my 2011 Ford in because it was, well frankly it was THRASHED. I had them run an out of state inspection (because it was still registered in AZ), Steve went through the damages and agreed with me that it wasn't worth repairing. His honesty was beyond commendable.
Even though I didn't end up repairing my ford, I feel that I have found a most trustworthy mechanic for my Nissan. Thanks Steve, I look forward to doing business with you soon

They are by far the best guys that I have been to for car maintenance. They aren't the cheapest but they are also reasonable, fair, and honest. They treat everyone with respect. I would make an appointment because they never seem to overbook and and are always busy! Rick and Steve (the owners) are awesome and constantly display excellent customer service.

As a young woman, I'm always cautious of being taken advantage of by mechanics. Now, I've finally found a place where I've been put at ease by the owners and workers. These guys do great work, and since starting there, I haven't gone anywhere else.
The only thing I'd want to note for new customers is it's much more efficient to schedule an appointment by phone than by email or online. But I highly recommend this shop!
