We are MEDICAL MASSAGE therapists. We also do an awesome Swedish/ Relaxation Massage! Kathleen Kennedy LMT/Owner, is a graduate from The Swedish Institute of Massage. Our other wonderful therapists are graduates of the Syosset School of Massage and Acupuncture. Our therapist are experienced and participate in ongoing training.

If you're looking for a nice place for a soft massage, this is NOT the place for you. She is going to find your problem areas and get them out for long term pain relief. I have never in 20 years had my neck and should pain removed in a single session, until today.
My lower spine was locked for my last 3 vertebrae. She found the problem and not only worked out those muscles, but worked on the supportive muscles to facilitate a greater amount of pain relief.
If you need muscle relief or injury recovery. This place has my highest recommendation.

Very much enjoyed working with Kathleen. It was my first time and she was very responsive to my feedback. Felt comfortable during the whole massage and left feeling like a different person. Highly recommend Kathleen if you are struggling with soft tissue pain. I myself struggle with my neck and this massage greatly helped and I look forward to my next appointment.

Went to see Kathleen with serious neck stiffness. After 1 hour of an intense massage my neck loosened up and I can actually turn my neck again. Had lots of scar tissue built up and she managed to work through it. Really has helped me me with my headaches which I think was caused by my neck issues. She was recommended to me by another masses who went to Kathleen to take care of her own issues.

Kathleen is the best! She tailors your massage based on your specific needs and it is an excellent massage each time! Some parts may be a bit painful during the process but each and every time I leave feeling like I can move my head and it’s not painful anymore-like at all! She’s a true healer and angel.

I went to Valley Massage in East Northport unable move my neck at all. Kathleen Kennedy was able to work out the spasm to where my neck is 90% better. The hour appointment ran well over an hour and 15 minutes with no extra charge. If you are looking for a true therapeutic massage, Kathleen Kennedy is the therapist for you!
