Path Of Wellness Path
We offer an array of different types of massage, ranging from Swedish to prenatal. Massage therapy may help with pain relief, injury recovery, relieving anxiety, and even improving sleep. Trigger points are painful "knots" in your muscles. They form when a muscle can't relax. A trigger point injection can help soothe muscle pain, especially in your arms, legs, lower back and neck.

Reiki is a simple but profound Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The goal is to direct energy to help facilitate a person's own healing response. Acupuncture is the stimulation of specific acupoints along the skin of the body involving various methods such as penetration by thin needles or the application of heat, pressure, or laser light.
Services
We are very excited to bring together many healers from many different areas to raise your well-being and self awareness. Our philosophy is to treat Body, Mind and Spirit and we strive to provide a serene, relaxing atmosphere as well as a high level of customized treatment that fit our clients needs.
After being told I should go on disability because doctors cannot do anything for me anymore, I tried therapeutic massage as a last resort and Kristin got me 90% pain free after 5 weeks regular bodywork and she manages my condition to keep me mobile and pain free with regular treatments. I have been going to Path of Wellness now for about 6 years.
We offer an array of different types of massage, ranging from Swedish to prenatal. Massage therapy may help with pain relief, injury recovery, relieving anxiety, and even improving sleep. This type of massage is designed primarily to relax muscles. Like most massages, it can increase circulation and lymph flow as well as aid in the removal of waste products stored in your muscles such as lactic acid.
Trigger points are painful "knots" in your muscles. They form when a muscle can't relax. A trigger point injection can help soothe muscle pain, especially in your arms, legs, lower back and neck. Trigger points can be caused by accidents, disc and spinal problems or misuse/overuse of muscles. Our all-natural, herbal medication has no side-effects and works by increasing blood flow and oxygen to the inflamed areas that are causing pain.
Reiki is a simple but profound Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The goal is to direct energy to help facilitate a person's own healing response. Reiki (Ray-kee) is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" or "Qi" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

My dad has been going to Path of Wellness for a while and I just went last week after feeling extremely stressed and tense. The staff was extremely nice and the massage therapist was excellent! She was mindful of my trigger points and focused on the areas of my body that were bothering me the most. I will definitely be back!

This place is incredible! I live locally which I am so thankful for because this is the only place I now go to for massages. I used to see Nicole before she left and now I see Kristin at least once a month and she is a GOD SENT. I have chronic pain in my shoulders and neck, likely from my career as a nurse and she is the only one that helps me find relief. Every therapist is screened by the owner Kristin and each and every single one of them is incredibly gifted. My fiancé has been to Nancy and one other therapist (I do not know her name unfortunately) but both therapists have provided relief

I have been going to Path of Wellness now for a out 6 years. I am a Nurse and athlete so my body is physically stressed all the time. Going for massages has helped tremendously with recovery time of my muscles. Recently path of wellness began to take insurance for massages and other services they provide, so I have taken full advantage of that! I also recommend that if you want a relaxing date idea to book a couples massage !

All the staff there provide amazing service and are super friendly.

I first sought help from Path of Wellness for a muscle spasm in my back that made it hard to breathe. They were able to get me in that day and, thanks to Dianne, I walked out healed. The office is very clean and calming. Kristin, the owner, is lovely and always accommodating. Would not go anywhere else.

I went in to my massage in a lot of pain. My reason for massage was shoulder and arm pain. Maggie saw me and worked an hour to get me comfortable. It took a long time but before the hour was done I felt relief. Today I woke up a different person. She really worked out the knot that I had. Looking forward to a follow up massage next Saturday. Thank you Maggie!!

Amazing therapeutic massage. I couldn’t even bend my knee. Went for MRI and X-ray and no one could diagnose my issue. Kristin’s massages are wonderful. I am pain free!! I have a massage every other week for maintenance and relaxation. Highly recommend Path of Wellness.

André has helped me on numerous occasions with injuries that traditional doctors don't know how to heal. They just prescribe medicine to treat the symptoms. André identifies the problem and treats it with a combination of acupuncture, acupressure and massage. He'll take the time to explain it and show you how you can help yourself with exercises and stretching.
He's patient, caring and he has a good sense of humor!

I would highly recommend this place. I have been seeing Kristin for many years for massages. What I love is she customizes the massages to fit my needs. When I ran 3x a week I ended up getting Plantar Fasciitis. If it wasn't for Kristin I wouldn't be able to run again. When I was pregnant I saw her on a weekly basis. Sometimes I saw her twice a week. I love how knowledgeable she is. She always recommends a great health tip to me, holistic remedy and even diet tips. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Kristin is the best !

I was very stressed one day and asked a friend where she goes for massages and she told me she loves this place and they had a groupon too! I logged onto groupon and there was a 20% off flash sale so I figured I'd give it a try... I called and they had no availability for same day (which I had assumed but figures I'd give it a try any way) I desperately asked if they could call me if they had any cancellations that I live a second away ... I was asked to hold on the line for a moment and she came back and offered me to come in at that minute and see Diane. She was about to be leaving

I went here for my first message and I had a great experience. The massage therapists were very friendly and did a wonderful job. I left feeling very relaxed. The price is very reasonable and they offer other services such as acupuncture and chemical peel. Highly recommend. Ask for Diane, you won't be disappointed!

Love this place. I've been to many many massage therapy places, and while there are other I've been happy with, this is by far the most pleasant, and more importantly, competent staff that I've found. The office is very comfortable and clean, and it is a nice relaxing environment.
I pretty much depend on massage therapy, specifically deep tissue, in order to function, and Bridget is by leaps and bounds the most effective therapist I've found in my 6 years of pretty much monthly massages.
To make it even more worthwhile, the acupuncturist Andre is great and since he is on site

Just had the best massage of my life at this place! Bridget is absolutely the best! Every time I get a massage anywhere else it's never strong enough, and they never ask me enough questions beforehand, but this time, at this place, it was tailored to my needs, the pressure was perfect, the room was clean and comforting, very relaxing. The very best experience I've ever had. My husband had his massage with Kristin, and he said it was perfect also. Needless to say we will be back in a couple of weeks for more. FYI: they have moved! They're now located at 121 Pulaski Rd in Kings
