Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Kathy Haywood, who is a licensed, experienced Troy veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come in immediately.

Horrible customer service! Sat and waited almost an hour for medicine. Yes they were busy, but one of the 3 people working out front could have come and said "hey we are really busy, im sorry about the hold up, we are waiting on the vet to verify the medicine and we had an emergency come in" I would have gladly sat and waited longer. Its called respect to your customers. I called 2 hours prior to going hoping that would be enough time for them to mix up the worm medicine. 7, yes SEVEN cars came and left AFTER I got there and not once did they even acknowledge I was there. Only 1 car was there when
