Dr. Lynne Loftin McDuffie and Dr. William Nelson McDuffie both attended North Carolina State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. They graduated in 1989 as Doctors of Veterinary Medicine. They were married in 1991and have one daughter, River. They currently have two dogs, Blackie and Binx, four cats, Max, Peppermint Catty, Oz and Big Red.
William is the President of Foothills Outdoors, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting outdoor activities in the Robbins community. They work closely together, along with their daughter, to provide low- to no-cost events for the children of northern Moore County. They are also very involved in canoe racing on both a local and national level, are active in their church, and other community projects.

I wanted to let you all know about my experience today with Carthage Animal Hospital for a pet emergency. My new cat snuck out last night and was found this morning with what appeared to be a puncture wound in his belly. I drove him to Carthage Animal Hospital and arrived at opening. They immediately saw him and treated him. They didn't ask me to drop him off or wait. I was so impressed. Just wanted to let you guys know how they treat their patients in the event of an emergency.

Carthage Animal Hospital is the best! We were a walk-in appointment but treated with kindness and concern for our cat! They told us exactly what they were going to do and the cost. We had results from the test within 24 hours and our pet is doing much better! This is our new Vet!! Thank you for such great service!
