The TEAM at Long Pond Auto went out of their way to exceed my expectations. My Lotus Elise was in a fender bender. I waited 7 months for parts to arrive from Lotus England. Well worth the wait. I took my car in after a fender bender, and the people at Long Pond Auto Body couldn't have been nicer. Fred looked at it immediately, and told me it would take fewer than four days to fix. I got it in for work to begin on Tuesday, and by Thurs. a.m. I got it back, looking beautiful! It's obvious to see they take great pride in their work. My husband and I were very pleased with the work done to make it look as good as new!

I have been a customer of Long Pond Auto Body since the early 90’s. The skill level of the paint crew at this shop is simply amazing. My black 2012 Cadillac CTS was recently smashed by an inattentive driver turning left in front of me, and I thought the car would never look right again. The folks at Long Pond got the job done in under 2 weeks, and the results looked spectacular. The paint matches perfectly, seams and fit and finish are like stock. The entire vehicle was cleaned inside and out. (It arrived a salty mangled mess.)

I recently had my car fixed at Long Pond Auto Body after my car was hit in a parking garage and the person who hit my car did not leave a note. Long Pond Auto Body exceeded my expectations. They did a beautiful job on fixing the damage to the the front bumper and quarter panel. You can't even tell there was ever any damage at all. They matched the paint perfectly and to top it off they even washed the entire car and detailed the interior for me! Top rated auto body shop right here! Had my girlfriend bring her car to Long Pond Auto Body to get her bumper fixed, which was hit in a parking garage. Someone recommended this place to me when I hit a deer with the car. The estimate was in the ballpark of what I expected, when it came time to pay the bill, the actual price was within one dollar of the estimate, the job was done when projected to be done, the paint matching was perfect (it was an older car), the repair job was flawless - no way to tell that the car had been bunged up. I was very, very pleased.
