We specialize in auto body repair work and providing a great customer experience. When your car is down, your life is down. That's why we take pride in completing your vehicle properly, and on time!
This year we took on a ASE Certified factory trained automotive technician. While his training has been primarily Subaru, he has the knowledge and expertise to work on any make and model vehicle. Plus, with our low mechanical service rate and straight time billing service model we are able to properly fix your vehicle mechanically at a reasonable price.
Our Exterior Auto Detailing starts by providing a thorough hand wash to ensure all brake dust, road tar, and other contaminants are removed from the clear coat surface. Once we have cleaned the exterior we complete a single stage buffing process which is performed to remove swirls and minor scratches, while applying a polymer coat to the exterior of yur car.
Remember, differences in repair estimates are directly related to how thorough and accurate the estimates are completed. There is no law that requires you to get more than one estimate. Most collision and paint shops in the area will be subject to the same parts and labor rates. The prices will vary based on how accurate the estimate is to how long it will take for those auto body repairs.

I was interested in giving some business to the local shop in this era of big box and national chains. After they quoted a fair price, we set a date for some simple preventative paint work. When I arrived To drop off the truck, I was immediately told that "there is absolutely no guarantee of any kind" when I questioned this, thinking it was just a poor way of communicating that cars rust in NY, I was told that the paint will start rusting in 5 moths. Needless to say, I took the vehicle to someone who has pride in their work.

I recently was in a automobile accident and had quite a bit of damage to my car, after going to Stocum's in the past, and having great customer service I decided to go there again. With this experience I received awesome customer service and my vehicle was finished in a remarkable amount of time. I'm very pleased with the work they have done for the price and will not only continue to be a customer of theirs but I will recommend them to family and friends in the future. They went above and beyond for me and answered all my questions in the process. I'm VERY please.

Never Again!!! Bought a car here and its nothing but trouble. They told me "new brakes" but in less than 5 months I'm metal to metal and need new brakes, rotors, calipers. They said no oil leaks, but my new mechanic just recommended I put in new engine as it burned up 7 quarts oil in 800 miles. Stocums said they fixed the AC, but my new mechanic said my AC about to die; its leaking all over the place. It takes about 5 minutes for the car to start, just tries & tries but can't get going. Even though I told them about the oil in the first month, they said to "watch it
