A life-long resident of Acworth, Dean graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Accounting from Kennesaw State University and received a Master's degree in Accounting from Samford University. After a short stint with a Big Four accounting firm, Dean obtained his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law.

Mr. Philipps is an outstanding lawyer. I came to him in a time of need and he exceeded expectations.
