Services
Case managers and rehabilitation specialists are licensed social workers or have a degree in a closely related field. We specialize in mental health services including psychiatric evaluations, counseling, case management, community based rehabilitation, and medication management for clients ages 5 and older.
Our comprehensive approach to treatment includes the following services provided by Master's Level Social Workers and Professional Counselors, Bachelor's level social workers, and other mental health professionals. Each individual in our program holds a license from the state of Idaho, when available in their discipline.
Deme graduated from BSU in 1991 with a social work degree and subsequently from Walla Walla University in 1999 with a masters in social work. Two years later, she advanced to a licensed clinical social worker. Outside of her passion for mental health her other interests include outdoor sports, being in the mountains, being on the river with friends, and time with her four-legged friends.
These two services are usually provided in conjunction with each other but certainly are not reliant on being carried out that way. They provide closely related options to help improve the function of a client's life. Currently Medicaid is the only insurance (and Medicaid backed policies) that pays for these types of services.

They are unorganized. They told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover my visit even though it was always just a 30 dollar copay in the past. I tried to explain that that was incorrect. The lady at the front desk said I’d have to pay in full, so I cancelled and had to pay a 35 dollar cancellation fee. Afterwards I talked with my insurance and they said the visit was covered and should have been just a 30 copay. I’ll find somewhere else to go in the future.

Strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. Front desk receptionist regularly makes errors and is extremely rude and defensive when she is proven wrong. My husband was told that our insurance would not cover his appointment this morning which we knew was incorrect because he has been going there for over a year and is only ever charged copays for these appointments. He was given the option to either pay full price for the appointment ($150) or cancel his appointment for $35 and leave without being seen. Without the means to pay up front for an appointment out insurance should cover, he cancelled

I DO NOT recommend this mental health clinic if you are serious about your mental health needs. I was treated with absolute repulsive behavior including the Receptionist hanging up on me when she found herself in a tight spot due to her own words. Please take care of yourself and look for a better place to get yourself truly taken care of!!!

The other negative reviews may speak to other providers in this clinic, but like everything, it's the individual people you are seeing that make the difference not the location or others, and everyone's experience and perspective in life is different.

My first appointment i had with this health facility they had lost my appointment completely and the receptionist treated me very rudly said she never made the appointment and had never heard of me then reluctantly rescheduled the appointment then a few hours later the doctor called and cancelled my appointment altogether didnt really give a reason i felt very discriminated against for no apparent reason when i had this appointment scheduled for two weeks even programmed into my phone so i wouldnt forget it if i could give them a negative star rating i would
